I have the same issue. Macbook Air Rev A on 10.5.8. External monitor, through DVI. The color changes as the Safari window scrolls. The color snaps back when you change applications.

Once the problem starts, I can change to VGA, and the problem happens. It also occurs on the built-in monitor. Not sure if the problem starts without plugging into an external.

I just installed Safari 4.0.2 and started having this problem. It sucks!

on a related nite… i have a sp808 ex and an sp808.
i upgraded the 808 no prob. i can put sp808 ex on zip 100 so u can install on your 808 making it an ex . let me know. ebayers charge for this lol… i sned me 100mb zip i will do it free .
putting a ide/atapi 250mb zip is ridiculously easy btw..

im really wanting to learn php but im on the “high dive” and can’t figure out how to jump in i’ve rented book from the library and searched online but i am still very confused about how to use the codes i am getting really frustrated about not being able to understanding it because every place i try to learn it from is differn’t from the last and just shows you how to make some generic little program and not how to make costome ones

Done! I've updated my YUI addon page with working example and download links. Thanks for your patience. I'm currently unable to create a step-by-step guide, but I hope the provided code samples are clear enough for you to apply toward your own use. The main difference from a regular TabView is that you need to specify a fixed height and width as well as a scroll direction.
