My name is Reid Burke and I make tools to help people write great software.

I am a software engineer at Apple working on Apple Business Essentials. I previously led the platform team for Yahoo Mail’s web application which is relied upon by millions of people every day around the world.

I am a father, believer, motorcyclist, toolmaker, and hunter living in San Jose, California with my wife @jeeyunit and our daughter.

I sometimes speak at conferences about technical topics. I have given talks at Node Summit San Francisco and JSFest Oakland.

I serve at Awakening Church with a focus on their technology needs.

I am a licensed ham radio operator. Find me at the Electronics Flea Market. I bring my radio for the talk-in.
